Did i ever mention that i can't really find the the plus in Japanese games? they just seem so utterly random to me. So i'm previewing this PC game called Chaos;Head on GameTrailers.com and its supposed to be a funky ass mystery horror game or what not.
Well, didn't quite seem the case to me. Aside from the occasional bloodied scene i'm seeing more fanservice shots of the girls in the games, and note: Only girls. Which brings me to the sad point that they were more of selling the girl characters in the game, which i mean what japanese game doesn't but thats not the point. After a while even a seasoned Anime watcher like myself start to think... They're a bit too generic to be appreciated.
What happenned to nice horror games like Fatal Frame 2? don't even talk resident evil to me. I play that without flinching. =.= I mean come on... some horror or mystery based on Japanese take on google? what can be so scary about that?
OMG THE SEARCH FOR MY NAME GETS 1,000,000,000 HITS! *gets stabbed 1,000,000,000 times* Yeah. right. Moving on.
I MIGHT TRY THE GAME, just so to scrutinize it and say WTF WERE YOU THINKING. All jap games are like that. Then again i thought this would be better as it didn't really fall into the dating sim category. And what is it with dating sims anyway. Why do Jap guys lock themselves in their room for countless hours on end playing with some Japanese simulation girl. Does it turn you on to see prescripted girls talk and stir up your inner fantasies? Maybe thats why their population level is declining. None of them are opting for proper sex with a normal non 2d girl (no, i do realise you CAN'T have sex with 2d girls regardless.) because they're not up to standard with their 2d counterpart. REAL people are like that. No one is perfect like an anime where they're fine tuned to your fetishes. Thats why real world girls are fun like that. They can disappoint you, they can make you mad, they can subconsciously make you happy, etc etc. Nothing is linear, and its a bumpy road to have everything work out in the end, but when you get there, you're glad it all happened, and you wouldn't have had it any other way. Probably the same with "easy & loose" girls. I don't appreciate them one bit neither do i pay them any attention or respect, but i'm evil. Hey, if you don't respect yourself why should i respect you? :)
Why am i even ranting about this? Probably because i don't really have a thing for this kind of thing. Its one thing to love anime, another to actually understand 2d world absorption. I can't understand buying tons of plastic figurines which cost about 50 bucks each and displaying them on your desk, feeling proud about them and occasionally peeking under their PVC skirts to find their PVC panties and god so help you, grin a perverted way. =_= In the end i guess its easier to say i don't understand real otakus. Oh well, if they won't increase their own country's population, i'm always here to help. *Cough* No, not really. Anyway, i think i've done my downloads and i'm hungry so i think i'll go grab some lunch o.o or something... xD
Oh btw, the songs in the previews aren't BAD. XD i quite like their tunes... but thats about it. MORE KILLING AND STABBING PLZ. ITS A HORROR/ MYSTERY, NOT A DATING SIM~

Creepy crawlies
Can i say that i'm actually quite interested in playing Deadly Creatures for the Nintendo Wii? Nevermind that its a wii, it just sounds so damned awesome that i just have to play it lol

Perfect proof that a scorpion rapes a cockroach tenfold. HELLS YEAH SCORPIONS. You get to play as a tarantula too. Whats interesting in this game is that you play multiple perspectives, and none of them are human. Think of that new movie Vantage Point... but sort of like in a bug's view. You even get to fight house lizards XD
My only regret is that its only coming out for the wii. How i wish i owned a wii just about now, problem being one single game doesn't quite convince me into buying an entire console for it... I was never the fan of that quite of thing... just like Halo 3 for Xbox 360, albeit there is one in the house atm.
Anyway, just to post to say i'm still alive :3 read the full preview on Deadly Creatures for the Wii here:

Another thing to check out is Red Faction: Guerrilla. Fully destructible environments and also a very very nice sounding physics system from the hands on of this game totally intrigues me. Yet another to look forward to this week.
For the moment, its finding the software to play on my new computer. Yeah, you didn't hear me wrong. Quad core and i'm going to throw some Arctic Cooling onto it to get it to run a beastly 3.2 or above :3
